The atlas opens behind the novel like a second landscape. Characters lead into engineered species, restoration systems, digital gods, and the recurring question of what consciousness becomes when life can edit itself.
Five corridors branch from the entrance: Characters and Species, Systems and Technology, Civilizations and Society, Digital Gods, and Philosophy and Consciousness.
A species path may lead to a machine. A digital god may lead to an argument about personhood. A book may lead to the whole maze.
The atlas rewards wandering. Follow the thread that catches your eye and the universe starts explaining itself from the side.
